4 Rules on Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

joy 9 processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods. The following terms apply for deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No deposit below this amount will be accepted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

5 Terms on Bonuses and Promotions

joy 9 runs various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after completing a 10x wagering requirement. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. The wagering in this case would be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
• Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on a deposit made on any working day once a week, up to ৳10,000, with 15x wagering and a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• Weekend Deposit Blast: 30% bonus on a deposit made on a weekend, up to ৳8,000, with 12x wagering.
• Bonus funds are not real money. It is not possible to withdraw bonus funds without completing the wagering requirements.
• The account must be fully verified to receive bonus benefits.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus will apply at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• joy 9 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus offer.

If misuse of bonus benefits is proven (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or organised betting patterns), the relevant account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

• joy 9 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection failures, device faults, or third-party service providers.
• joy 9 will not be liable for problems caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks).

• The member is solely responsible for income and losses arising directly or indirectly from gaming.
