joy 9 VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Rewards for Regular Players
The joy 9 VIP program makes every week more rewarding, beyond just playing. Progress step by step through four tiers — Bronze to Platinum — and earn cashback on your net loss every week.
Four VIP Tiers — Bronze to Platinum
The joy 9 VIP program has four tiers in total. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — and the higher you go, the more you get back.
Get up to 0.2% cashback on your weekly net loss.
Starting TierGet up to 0.5% cashback on your weekly net loss.
Second TierGet up to 0.8% cashback on your weekly net loss.
Third TierGet up to 1.0% cashback on your weekly net loss.
Top TierHow Weekly Cashback Works
Each week, your net loss is the difference between your total losses and your total winnings. The joy 9 VIP program pays cashback on that net loss at a fixed rate based on your tier. This cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and is credited to your account automatically.
For example: if you are a Gold tier member and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback — the maximum available at that tier. Cashback is added directly to your balance; no separate claim is required.
How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
Moving up in the joy 9 VIP program depends on how consistently you play — there are no specific numbers or rules to memorise.
Play Regularly
Spend time on your favourite games consistently. Regular activity moves your VIP progress forward.
Activity Review
joy 9 regularly reviews members' overall activity and updates their tier accordingly.
Automatic Upgrade
Once you qualify, your VIP tier is upgraded automatically — no separate application needed.
Enjoy the Benefits
As soon as you move to a new tier, that tier's cashback rate and other benefits take effect immediately.
Your VIP activity is counted across all game types — such as joy 9 slot games, live casino, or sports betting. So you can progress simply by playing whatever you enjoy regularly.

Login to joy 9Enjoy Responsibly — Cashback is not a reason to play more
The cashback benefit in the joy 9 VIP program is offered as a reward — it should not be a motivation to play more. You should never play beyond your budget in the hope of earning cashback.
Some Key Principles of Responsible Play
- Set a weekly or monthly budget for yourself and stick to it.
- Do not place extra bets to earn cashback or rewards — this can increase your losses.
- See playing as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money.
- If you feel playing is getting out of control, contact the joy 9 support team.
